Muzica franceză pe scena naţională. Fr. Poulenc în viziunea interpretativă a lui Eugen Verbeţchi şi Victor Levinzon
Rezumat
In this article the author has realized an interpretative analysis of Sonata for clarinet andpiano written by Francis Poulenc, one of the most famous 20th century French composers, author of many sonatas created for different instruments. The sound material of this study isan audio record made by the National Public Broadcasting Company “Teleradio Moldova” on the 26th of November 1971, the performers being Eugen Verbeţchi, clarinet, and Victor Levinzon, piano, both talented professors at the Moldavian State Conservatory and recognized chamber musicians. This record has been discovered by the author of the present article in the above mentioned company’s archive. The author discovers someunique features of the interpretive style by E. Verbeţchi such as: a creative treatment of acomposer’s text, an individual approach to a clarinet part, a rethinking of dynamic andarticulation indications etc. In order to determine the interpretation approach of Verbeţchi and Levinson V. Tihoneac offers a detailed analyses of each part of the cycle structure, musical language particularities of the sonata reveal, as well as dramaturgy of music intonation development.
